Patient Information

Please be aware the NHS changed on the 1st of November 2023. Notable changes are below:

• Checkup appointments will now be between 12 - 24 months depending on clinical need.

• Emergency/non-scheduled appointments will have a minimum charge of £15.68.

• Denture repairs are charged at £50.88.

We have a private hygienist available if you would like a regular appointment for scale and polish with or without air jet.

If you would like to continue to be seen every 6 months for a checkup, please contact reception for options. We also have a membership plan which includes 6 monthly checkups & scale and polish with an additional 20% off treatment. For additional information click here.

NHS Changes

Missed Appointments

We always try to contact patients prior to their appointment by text or a phone call. Unfortunately we have seen a marked increase in the number of missed appointments or extremely late cancellations.

Every appointment that is missed prevents someone else receiving treatment.

All missed appointments will result in a charge for the clinicians time.

Please remember you should provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment.
